100In1Day is a global festival celebrating citizen-driven action, and it’s coming to Hamilton on June 6, 2015. The event encourages all members of the community to make the change that they want to see happen in their city.
The possibilities are endless, and some of the urban interventions already put forth include a Hamilton clothing swap, various art installations around the city, and even a puppy kissing booth.
What Jay Carter, one of the organizers behind the initiative, loves most about 100In1Day, is “that anyone and everyone can get involved, anywhere that they would like to.”
There are numerous ways for individuals to participate, from submitting your own intervention, to attending a workshop with others and register one together, to helping out with organizing, documenting, and the logistics of the event.
Upcoming Workshops include:

Locations: outside Good Shepard Notre Dame House,
Humblepie, and the Loading Zone
