Call For Bands: Battle of the Bands 2017

Do you have what it takes to battle it to the top?

McMaster’s Battle of the Bands is back and now accepting applications! McMaster’s Students Union and Campus Events are highlighting all of the talented musicians here at McMaster and working to foster a booming scene in the Hamilton community.

What’s this year’s top prize? A recording package, the opportunity to compete in the Provincial finals, a full-page feature in The Silhouette, a professional photo shoot, a gig at Homecoming 2017, a spotlight on I Heart Hamilton’s radio show at 93.3 CFMU, and more! If you think you can bring stellar tunes and passion to make it all the way, we’d love to see you apply for a chance to compete at McMaster’s finals on Tuesday, March 14th, 2017 at the Casbah.

Battle of the Bands is a great opportunity to gain exposure for your music, develop your skills with a panel of professionals and bring together the McMaster/Hamilton community for a night where you won’t be able to resist toe tappin’ along.
